Our service engages children & young people with various needs and life experiences that can be multiple and complex. It's our aim to support these youngsters in taking some of their first steps towards self-awareness, empowerment and ultimately, healing.

At Breathing Space we welcome the support of volunteers and trainee therapists in helping us achieve our aim ensuring our youngsters get a wrap-a-round approach, with their needs at the centre of everything we do.
